Thomas Luzio built SwiftXEO after working across SMBs and larger organizations and observing the same recurring failure pattern: information leakage and disconnected silos. Not a technology failure — an organizational one.
In digital marketing specifically, the problem is visible in every team: different people writing in different voices, different AI tools with no shared brand context, strategy decisions made in one meeting that never reach the person writing copy two weeks later.
