1. Introduction

SwiftXEO, Inc. ("SwiftXEO", "we", "us", or "our") operates the platform available at swiftxeo.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform and services.

By using SwiftXEO, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, configure your workspace, or contact us. This includes your name, email address, company name, and payment information.

We also automatically collect technical information when you use the platform, including IP addresses, browser type and version, pages visited, time spent on pages, and device identifiers. This is used solely to operate and improve the platform.

3. Google API Data Policy

SwiftXEO's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We access only the minimum data necessary to provide the features you authorize — such as channel analytics and content management. Google user data is not used for advertising, sold to third parties, or transferred outside the scope of providing the SwiftXEO service.

4. Sharing of Google User Data

We do not share, sell, or transfer your Google user data to third parties except in the following limited circumstances:

To trusted infrastructure providers (such as Google Cloud Platform) that process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements. To comply with applicable law or valid legal process. To facilitate cross-platform features you have explicitly authorized within the platform.

We do not use Google user data to train third-party AI models, nor do we share it with data brokers or advertisers.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: provide and operate the SwiftXEO platform; process transactions and manage your account; send technical notices, security alerts, and support messages; analyze usage to improve platform performance and reliability; and communicate with you about platform updates and new capabilities.

We do not use your Business DNA, workspace content, or strategic data to train generalist AI models. Your data is used exclusively to operate and improve the services we provide to you.

6. Data Security

We apply industry-standard security practices to protect your data, including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and infrastructure security through Google Cloud Platform.

No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. We maintain commercially reasonable safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you; the right to restrict or object to certain processing; and the right to data portability.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at hey@swiftxeo.com. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyze platform usage. You can control cookie settings through your browser. Disabling certain cookies may affect platform functionality.

9. Data Retention

We retain your account information and workspace data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business need.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
