For straightforward work, SwiftXEO picks the right teammate. When a decision needs more than one view, compare several. Authorized admins can see how each task was routed.
A teammate can also suggest bringing in another specialist for a follow-up task — but you decide whether that task runs.
Cloud or local
Run Ask and Review tasks on your own machine.
Choose cloud AI for heavier reasoning, or run supported Ask and Review tasks on your Mac. There is no model setup: SwiftXEO downloads and configures a suitable local model the first time you use it. Running locally can cut cloud AI cost, work offline once set up, and keep the processing on your Mac.
Local runs are a controlled pilot on macOS for Execution-tier workspaces, limited to Ask and Review for now. Wider availability and other platforms are on the roadmap.
Review
A teammate's proposal is still just a proposal.
A teammate can propose work, but it cannot make that work official. Draft revisions, evidence, and objectives all return to their normal SwiftXEO workflow, where the usual review rules still apply. No teammate can approve, publish, or act outside the workspace on its own.

Which AI models can I work with in Agent Room?
Claude, OpenAI, and Gemini as built-in teammates, alongside SwiftXEO's own Advisor and Verifier — all reasoning from relevant approved workspace context.
Do I need my own Claude or OpenAI subscription?
No. SwiftXEO's cloud AI teammates use provider access managed by SwiftXEO, so you don't need separate subscriptions for Agent Room. Usage is covered through your SwiftXEO credits, according to your plan.
Can a teammate publish or approve something on its own?
No. Every proposed change remains subject to the human review and authorization rules of the part of SwiftXEO it affects. Nothing is automatically approved or published.
What does Verifier do differently from Advisor?
Advisor proposes — strategy, recommendations, next steps. Verifier only reviews and checks evidence; it doesn't propose new direction.
Can I run a model locally instead of in the cloud?
For Ask and Review tasks, yes. It is a controlled pilot on macOS for Execution-tier workspaces. SwiftXEO downloads and configures a suitable local model on first use, with no manual setup.
Are Agent Room teammates the same as tools connected through the Open Platform?
No. Agent Room's built-in teammates are run by SwiftXEO. Outside AI tools can also connect through the Open Platform, but they do not become Agent Room teammates or gain extra access.
